Citizens Advisory Committee
The Citizens Advisory Committee is comprised of citizens representing the three (3) local jurisdictions that are in the MPO. This includes the City of Winchester, Frederick County, and the Town of Stephens City. There are seven (7) voting members on the Citizens Advisory Committee (see committee roster for additional information). The role of the Citizens Advisory Committee is to represent the views and opinions of the citizens in the MPO area to the Policy Board. The Citizens Advisory Committee meets on the second Tuesday of the month.
