Purpose
The purpose of the Win-Fred MPO Public Participation Plan (PPP) is to provide the public with a process that ensures opportunities for the public to be involved in all phases of the urban transportation planning process. This is accomplished through the following means:
Providing complete information about MPO activities
Timely public notification
Full access to key decisions
Early and continuing involvement in the development of transportation plans and programs
Outreach programs to stakeholders
Addressing Title VI and Environmental Justice provisions
